21 Wempen second at MVC Super Meet
by Brandon Leonard Correspondent · Sports | February 1st, 2018

The Mississippi Valley Conference is loaded in each and every weight with talented kids, some weights more so than others, but nevertheless the hard work, dedication and skill are always on display. by Brandon Leonard Correspondent · Sports | January 25th, 2018

Linn-Mar senior Isaiah Garman's senior football season didn't go the way he envisioned it. The Lions finished with a 2-7 overall record and he was snubbed in INA All-State selections, due to what
several media outlets considered to be a mess of a selection process. That didn't stop a plethora of colleges from noticing the 6-foot, 200-pound beast on the football field and what he can accomplish in the classroom as well. On Monday night, Garman announced via Twitter that he will be continuing his academic and athletic career at Upper Iowa University in Fayette in the fall of 2018.
