Gentiva Home Health renamed Kindred at Home

Gentiva Home Health has been renamed Kindred at Home to best reflect its participation in the nationwide Kindred Healthcare network of home health and hospice providers, nursing and rehabilitation centers, and long-term acute care hospitals.

Its management, ownership, and staff have not changed. Gentiva Home Health has served the area since 1992 and will continue to strive to provide the quality care its residents deserve and expect.
