What are Library Services Worth to Robins Residents? Americans check out more than eight books a year, on average. While Americans spend about $35.81 a year in taxes for their public libraries, in the current contract with the Metro Libraries, Robins residents are paying only about $27 a year - just 80% of what Marion, Cedar Rapids, and Hiawatha residents pay for identical services. Find out what your local library is worth to you personally by visiting our value calculator at https://marionpubliclibrary.org/value.
