Wartburg College senior Aryn Jones has had a season to remember and the fun might just be getting started. Jones, a Linn-Mar graduate, leads the Knights in kills with 406 and blocks with 97 and will look to add to those totals as Wartburg enters the NCAA Division III National Volleyball Tournament.

Wartburg earned the Iowa Conference's automatic bid after cruising through the conference tournament, disposing of the University of Dubuque and Buena Vista University in the process. Jones had a team-high 12 kills against Dubuque and recorded nine kills in the victory over the Beavers to claim IIAC supremacy.

The Knights own a record of 24-5 overall for the 2017 season and will go up against #17 St. Thomas in the first round of action. Jones and Wartburg will play today (Thursday, November 9) at 12:30 p.m in St. Paul, Minnesota. Other teams in the regional include Cornell College, University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, St. Benedict, Gustavus Adolphus, Aurora and Northwestern-St. Paul.
