Making the most of life explored at Lifetree
by Report submitted · January 11th, 2018

How to make the most out of life will be explored at Lifetree Cafe on January 12 at noon.

The program, titled "Make the Most of Your Life: A Perspective That Will Change Your Life...Forever," features a filmed interview with Tony Melendez, a professional guitarist who was born without arms.

Melendez describes how his attitude has affected his ability to live a normal life-and make his living performing music.

"The people who make my heart hurt are those who say, 'I can't,'" says Melendez. "I wish I could help them say, 'I'll try.'"

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Cafe is located in Marion at 3500 29th Ave.

Lifetree Cafe is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual, comfortable setting.
